• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party

• 999g may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for verification purposes

Withdrawals above a certain amount may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is completed. Identity verification is a mandatory step under 999g's Terms and Conditions.

3Deposit and payment policy

6Gaming rules and fair play policy

8Account closure and suspension

999g may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification (KYC) has not been completed
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority

9Limitation of liability

10Right to Modify Terms
